These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bossete application ("App"), owned and operated by Bossete ("Company"). By accessing or using the Bossete App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bossete App.

1.2 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 You agree not to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use any content of the App for public or commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.

1.4 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks connected to the App, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the App.

2. User Accounts

2.1 In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2.3 You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content included on the Bossete App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

3.2 You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, software, materials, or services in whole or in part.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
